About the Artist

Born and raised in New York City, I was surrounded by creativity and fashion from a young age — always inspired by those around me to pursue dreams with resilience and passion. That same drive in my 20s unexpectedly led me down a path that blended both compassion and creativity — a path that truly began when I left the Big Apple and moved to Philadelphia in 2020.

It was here in Philadelphia that I began my second career as an ICU nurse and planted roots with the purchase of my first home. Amid the long, often difficult days and nights in healthcare, I found myself returning to joy through creativity — transforming spaces with cosmetic renovations, curating meaningful events, and designing thoughtful touches, from intimate food arrangements to birthdays, engagements, weddings, and personalized gifts that lingered as lasting memories.

Through the challenging season we all lived through during COVID, I leaned on my faith — I grew in resilience, character and a deep appreciation for detail while having the ability to see the bigger picture in any circumstance. These qualities shaped how I work in critical care setting and flowed naturally into my lifelong love for creative expression.

On my days off, I found joy in quiet, fulfilling moments — connecting deeply with people and crafting personalized pieces that told their stories. Encouraged by friends, family, and even patients who noticed the care and creativity I brought to both my conversations and creations, I began to imagine what it might look like to bridge the two. After years of caring for others at the bedside, I felt a deep pull to bring joy in a new, lasting way — by helping design life’s most meaningful moments.

And so, in May 2025,

I launched Adorned Deesigns.
